Shattered Rock gives the name to our first wine line
The shattered shale and limestone based rocks give name to our premium line. They are present throughout the vineyards and are a major component of the unique nature of the differing terroirs and contribute to wines with tight structure and minerality yet abundant and generous fruit. Our wines drink well from release ( in the case of the reds from 2 to 3 years from vintage). Cellaring potential varies between vintages but as a general rule they will drink best in the range of 6-12 years of age.
