Members of the Thomson & Lanz families have known each other for 30 years. Anne from Australia & Marianne from Switzerland met through the offices of Rotary International sometime in the 1970's. Brian and Thomas came on the scene over the next few years and since the early 1980's the families have been exchanging visits, tall stories, children and of course bottles of wine. The Swiss and the Australian families bring together the passion and knowledge of two worlds: - Old Europe, host of the wine history and wine culture for centuries. - Modern Australia, home of some of the most distinctive new viticulturing and winemaking techniques.
